## What Yoddha Lab does

Two service lines:

1. **Software development** - custom web applications, iOS and Android mobile apps, end-to-end SaaS product development, cloud architecture, API development and integration, DevOps and CI/CD, and security and compliance-focused engineering.
2. **Business process reengineering (BPR)** - process audit and mapping, workflow automation, communication systems integration across CRM and VoIP tools, operations optimisation, performance monitoring, and change management.

- **Calilio** (https://calilio.com) - cloud-based VoIP communication platform. Cloud PBX and call management, IVR and call routing, call analytics and recording, CRM integrations, mobile and desktop apps, local numbers in multiple regions. Launched 2023.
- **LeadHeed CRM** (https://leadheed.com) - CRM for practical sales management. Pipeline management, automated follow-ups, centralised customer data, email and communication tracking, sales reporting, team collaboration.
- **ZippyPlan** (https://zippyplan.com) - lightweight project and task management. Task boards, sprint planning, real-time collaboration, progress dashboards, deadline and time tracking, file sharing.
- **NepalHRM** (https://nepalhrm.com) - cloud HRMS with payroll built around Nepal statutory requirements. Handles PF, CIT, SSF, and eTDS in-platform. Employee records and self-service, biometric attendance with shifts and overtime, leave management, recruitment and onboarding, performance reviews, IRD-ready reporting, 25+ connected modules.
